Levi Sledd

I've always been fascinated by the intersection of mathematics and technology. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Oley, Pennsylvania, I pursued my passion for mathematics at Centre College, where I earned a B.S. in mathematics in 2016. Eager to delve deeper into the field, I went on to study geometric group theory at Vanderbilt University, graduating with a Ph.D. in mathematics in 2022.

After completing my doctoral studies, I turned my attention to the exciting world of cryptography and blockchain technology. I immersed myself in the study of cyber security, cryptography, and zero knowledge proofs, while also teaching myself to code in Rust and write circuits. This journey led me to join HyperOracle as a circuit engineer and researcher in 2023, where I had the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to the development of cutting-edge blockchain solutions.

When the chance to join Symbolic Capital as a researcher arose, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to continue growing and learning alongside some of the most talented minds in the industry. I am thrilled to be part of a team that is at the forefront of crypto innovation, and I look forward to contributing my expertise in mathematics, cryptography, and blockchain technology to help drive the success of Symbolic Capital and its portfolio companies.
